Part C

CPP® Type C (Part C) Camlock couplings combine a female Camlock connection with a hose tail for direct connection to flexible hose.

The hose-tail size shown on each product is the nominal hose internal diameter. Some reducer versions use a different Camlock head size and hose size, so check both dimensions before ordering.

Connection standards

  • Camlock: matching-size couplings manufactured to EN 14420-7 or U.S. specification A-A-59326
  • Hose connection: barbed hose tail sized to the nominal hose bore shown on each product

Construction

  • Body: black glass-filled polypropylene (GFPP)
  • Cam arms, rings and pins: 304 stainless steel
  • Camlock gasket: PP Olefin Elastomer

Pressure figures are for water service. The complete hose assembly is limited by its lowest-rated component, including the hose and clamp. Check chemical compatibility and operating temperature for the intended liquid.

Secure the hose tail with a clamp suitable for the hose, liquid and operating conditions, and support the hose to reduce strain on the coupling.
