CPP® DARCIE-LITE 2″ IBC ball valve designed as a replacement outlet valve for a compatible IBC with an S75X6 male tank-neck connection.

The 2″ NPS male outlet is a straight/parallel 60° pipe thread. It can be used with a matching 2″ NPS female connection. A 2″ NPT female thread can also be fitted to the 2″ NPS male because the nominal size and 11.5 TPI thread form are compatible; use suitable PTFE thread tape or an appropriate thread sealant to obtain the seal. Confirm adequate thread engagement and leak-test the joint before service.

IBC compatibility

This version is intended as a replacement outlet valve for IBCs where the tank/bottle neck has an S75X6 male thread. S75X6 replacement-valve applications are commonly associated with selected SCHÜTZ, Greif / Fustiplast and Clawson IBCs.

IBC manufacturers can use different neck threads across models and production periods, so do not select by brand name alone. Confirm the tank-neck outside diameter and thread pitch before ordering. If uncertain, use Ask CPP Technical Support.
